Terms of Service

Cong Pulse is a marketing analytics dashboard that connects to your Meta Ads and Shopify accounts to show campaign performance, attribution, and ROAS. We provide read-only access to your connected accounts and never modify your campaigns or store.

Cong Pulse is currently free to use — there is no charge, and no payment details are required. If we introduce paid plans in the future, we will notify you in advance and you will be able to choose whether to continue.

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You will not:

• Attempt to access data belonging to other organizations
• Reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the service
• Connect accounts you are not authorized to access
• Resell or redistribute the service without permission

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Analytics figures are derived from third-party APIs and may contain inaccuracies. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cong Pulse is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for business decisions made based on the data shown.
